The said that they'd sent a plate. It didn't appear. Waited for 14 working days for the post office delay. Contacted them again. They said they'd sent another plate. Waited another week for this - which didn't turn up either. Finally on the 3rd attempt where they sent it via a tracked service it turned up in 48 hours. Lots of excuses about them being in the channel islands and the weather delaying the boat.
When the plate finally turned up it was perfect, but their fulfilment sucks.
