I bought a set of private plates for my wife's new Mini Cooper - i asked the MIni garage to fit them for me and they drilled the plates from the wrong side and as a result damaged the lettering - i contacted " My Show Plates" and without hesitation they sent me a complete new set free of charge even though it was the garage that caused the damage - absolutely fantastic customer service
