I thought the whole site navigation was good, clear and easy to go round. The payment method and actual turn around from ordering on line to delivery was excellent. However, what I didn't like was the actual font used (ELSTON) in relation to my order (I believed I ordered Showplate 6 as demonstrated on screen) but when the actual plates arrived they looked nothing like what I ordered. Forwhatever reason, a different font was used (ELSTON). Please forward me a copy of my actual order as I do not believe the plate you sent was correct.
