As with other suppliers it wasn't easy, and indeed I personally found I couldn't, find a way to put the comments such as post codes under a border, as opposed to the larger text breaking the border that was offered. In the end I went without border or other enhancements and had a basic plate which made the MOT tester happy enough and looked perfectly good enough. As is too often the case, the cheapest price in a search isn't necessarily the cheapest end result once postage (as well as any options) are taken into account. Given the basic nature of the plate I chose, the final price after postage was less than the cheapest in the google search. The plate itself is of a quality I'm happy with and I'd be happy to shop here again.
