Bought x2 number plates in July 2014 and screws with colour coded covers. Number plates arrived within a couple of days and were exactly what I had asked for. In this respect excellent service. However, the screws and colour coded covers never arrived and still haven't (now November). Mindful that the screws etc were only a few pounds or there about but this is was part of what I have ordered and paid for, and did not receive them. As such I have graded the service as poor as I didn't get what I had asked for.
