To start with the ordering process was very good and very helpful however I did not receive the plate I ordered and the Customer service afterwards has been pretty shocking I have sent an email to try and resolve the issue but have had no reply in 4 days basically saying you have what you ordered so tuff.
I can quite honestly say its probably the worst customer service I've experienced and would no way recommend this site to anyone.
I am pretty disappointed with the whole thing which is a shame as it started so well.
