Ordered 2 number plates with carbon fibre backing frames, the number plates arrived however the carbon frames were not included, even though all was paid for upfront.
Left a message on their system - no response
Emailed them a few days later - no response
Again phoned another day, was told the frames are out of stock and they will refund the money.
Very poor way to run a business!
Will not use again.
