My order was 465041 placed on Sunday 7th, I telephoned on Wednesday to find out where the were and was told they were posted on Monday. Arrived Friday with 1st class postage and tracking which I didnt pay for. I telephoned today (Friday 12th April) and the woman who answered could not have cared less. Not the response I expected, no apology just apathy. So, why lie about when they were posted in the first place, just be honest and put it right. Pity as I was waiting for them. Guys, you need to improve the customer experience, everyone makes mistakes just own up to it!
