After at least a dozen previous purchases and having recommended them on multiple occasions they have refused to accept any responsibility for an error. They will not engage in conversation and insist on email-only responses. They also refuse to accept that their system is anything other than flawless - which it clearly is not! All they have offered me is free postage for a second order. This is a very poor way to treat a previously loyal customer and I am hugely disappointed.
