I purchased a set of plates from myshowplates. They arrived within 2 days, but unfortunately there was a problem with one of them. I contacted myshowplates by email and they responded immediately. They then sent me a completely new set of high quality plates the next day, along with a free gift. Mistakes are rare, but it's great to know that when they happen Myshowplates will do what they can to make things right! I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Highly recommended.
