Having used My showplates before (several times) I have typically been satisfied with the service. However, on this occasion I provided my own image and it was not reproduced as supplied. When I observed this my "complaint" was just dismissed and as these were a present for my daughter's 18th birthday I had no time to return them and go elsewhere - which I seriously wanted to given the attitude I was confronted with. I suspect I am wasting my time leaving this feedback but as you asked!
