The process was ok, but it didn't really flow seamlessly. The email says that you will be contacted for full payment but after around 5 days I had to chase. Had an immediate response though then and sorted out payment. New V5 arrived after 2 weeks but no communication or sign of the number plates so I couldn't use the car. Chased that and they arrived within a day or so. So left me wondering what would have happened had I not intervened.
No big issues though and would use again.
