After at least a ten previous purchases and having recommended them on multiple occasions they have refused to accept any responsibility for an error in their system. They also refuse to accept that their system is anything other than flawless which it clearly is not. All they have offered me is free postage for a second order. This is a very poor way to treat a previously loyal customer. Even sent them a screen shot of my order showing honeycomb background and photos of what i received which were standard plates, now not even answering emails. AVOID there are plenty of other company's offering plates at a fraction of the cost of these COWBOYS !
