Very disappointed with customer service. The web site was not very user friendly and allowed me to order an illegal number plate which displayed a British standard mark.
When I telephoned customer service to explain what had happened they did not want to know, despite having bought previously from them.
I would not use again or recommend them to others. With hindsight there are other suppliers with more user friendly web sites.
