I've recently ordered a 20' high pole but received a 15'. I ordered the corner flag mounts, spring loaded, but received the red flags with metal bar insert.
Tried to contact customer service several times to remedy the issue to no avail and am now forced to file fraudulent charges with my bank against Mytee.
