“Ordered 2 sets of (2 Pcs) Tow Ramp w/ Square Profile & Curved Bottom Edges and was looking forward to using them yesterday as shipment said out for delivery. I received a package yesterday but there was only one set delivered with no other sets on the way. Called customer service and person on the other end wanted me to send a pic of what I received and the box they were shipped in and asked if the box was damaged to the point 2 of them could’ve fell out. Told him box was only big enough for 2 not 4. Still needed to send photos. Very dissatisfied with the outcome so far. Hopefully the company will make it right quickly since I need the otherr set ASAP.”

“The product itself (heavy duty, large size tarps) is 5/5; dealing with this company was a 1/5. My order was not showing up weeks after the order and expected delivery date; worse was that when I went to their website, there was no record of me or my order. I did get a response "I will check on it" and was told it was still sitting in the warehouse. It took another call to get it out the door. It arrived approximately 5 weeks from order date. Would not have been shipped at all if I hadn't chased the order down.”
