“I would give a five star review but I paid for 2-day shipping and the product was four days late. They did refund the difference in the shipping cost which was appreciated but it did put a delay in being able to get a machine back to a customer which was very inconvenient. The wheels that we ordered were correct when they arrived and at a good price though. Overall a good company to order from.”

“I know these are a great tool, but I was not instructed on their use, it’s ok as I’m totally sure it is my mistake for overlooking that information. We’re going to hold on to them for a different container handling project, but we’ll get to buy another set for the use we need them to be. Thank you! Love these, just need something else.”

“From the start, (April 26, 2026) the level of incompetence in this company has been disturbing. For a week, they argued with me that my address was not legitimate, even though I have been getting packages delivered for 15 years. After providing proof, they sent my e track order in four different shipments over a period of time. (10-8ft e track, 4-5ft e track, and ratchet straps. It took a while to get each delivery and one delivery of 5-8ft e tracks got lost in transit.(obviously not their fault.) MyTee supposedly shipped another set of 5-8ft e tracks as a replacement. Order shows delivered. Instead, the delivery was some sort of rubber blocks I never ordered. Here we are in June and they still haven't properly shipped my simple order. I have communicated with support on several occasions and still no competent solution. I made a final call to speak to a manager and one called me back. From the start, her tone was dismissive. When I said I wanted a full refund and will no longer do business with MyTee Products, she hung up on me. Absolutely no competence or professionalism with management. Below is a picture of what they shipped to me instead of the 5-8ft e tracks I ordered. (Couldn't upload pictures) I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM, OR DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH MYTEE PRODUCTS.”
