“Mytee sent the wrong item. They made it a huge hassle to contact them, then said "at their convenience" they will look into it. I'm glad my credit card company is fast with chargebacks since I got nowhere with Mytee customer support. Bait and switch is a crime, so a shipping mistake should be handled promptly. I was cheated.”

“The price was excellent. I liked it had a rubber gasket to keep the water out. It is made out of plastic and I kind of wished it was aluminum. But, I was aware that before I bought. I have a 20 foot container and it came with a total of two vents. I bought the 8 pack and now I have a total of ten.”

“i had a problem with my order and instead of ducking out, they stood tall and fulfilled the second half of my order. i still dont know what happened to the first shipment and neither do they but instead of blaming it, they took the hit and resent at no cost to me. im very grateful and now a customer for life! thank you MYTEE!!!!!
