“I ordered 3 sets of the heavy duty D rings, they arrived in a damaged box and missing one set of backing plates. I contacted customer service and they said they would immediately send out a replacement set. I never received them and have heard nothing from them. Also the carriage bolts that are provided are too short to mount through a 1 1/2 " plank which is what most trailers have. Very disappointed in this purchase.”

“Ordered products from Mytee and paid an extea 109.00 to get it on time. Did not arrive on that day, called customer service and the lady had no concern that it would be late. i told her i paid extra, and all she could tell me is, it will be there Monday.”

“My original order was lost during shipping. Mytee reached out to me to let me know and gave me the option of a refund or resend the item. I asked them to resend the item and recieved it within a week.”

“Viking 5 door 2 toolbox headache rack. I didn't make it 100 miles and one of the rollers that keep the doors shut fell off and I lost equipment going down the road. You would think that paying $4,000+ for a toolbox that would be the last thing you'd be expecting to happen! This isn't a Mytee problem, its a problem with the manufacturer of the box Viking! Poor quality for high price! But in today's world craftsmanship is low standard!”

“Product good and fair price, but do not expect Product on time. Mytee uses FedEx for shipping and always reschedule the delivery so your delivery will be several days late. Do not understand why mytee does not use a different shipper or offer reimbursement because FedEx is horrible. Yes mytee this is why I do very little business with you, your products are always slow to arrive and since the products is for business, time does matter and most of the time we dont have an extra 5 days to wait, because you use FedEx”
