“Product was good...but I did not get a complete order. When you went to fill my order for both red and blue seals, you were out of the blue seals so you only sent me all red ones. Without a notification of such. I called and talked to someone and was told I would receive an email when the blues would be back in stock. It's been 3 days and guess what I haven't received yet?”

“Nice quality product and the price awesome. It was so nice I had to buy two. The MyTee kinetic 1 inch by 30 foot recovery rope gets my recommendation. One for my truck and one for my jeep.”

“When I received my order of six galvanized, stake pocket, "D" rings the order was incorrect. Mistakes happen. I called Mytee and asked for customer service. My experience with Brittany, in customer service could not possibly have been better. She was obviously part of the company and knew the product completely. She communicated clearly and was easy to understand. In a very short time I had a return shipping lable to print, clear instructions on how to handle the return, and in just a few days my replacement parts arrived exactly as ordered. This was by far my best customer service encounter ever! I will be purchasing from Mytee Products again soon.”

“Not the first time I’ve purchased tarps for my barn and definitely won’t be my last!! Great quality and a fair price! Tracking was not up to par but showed up in a timely manner boxed nicely and ready to be installed! Would recommend to everyone!”
