“Tire straps are awesome. More than I expected. Put them to work the day I received them. Will order more , I have some old old chain binders looking to try and test out the side fold handles. I do lot of equipment hauling also.”

“I ordered flatbed securement equipment from Mytee Products, and my shipping date was changed twice. These delays cost me thousands of dollars in lost revenue because the equipment was needed to keep my trucks working. When I tried to cancel the order, even though it had not left the warehouse, I was told I could not simply cancel it. Instead, I would have to either refuse the shipment or return it, and the shipping costs would be charged back to me. For a trucking company, shipping dates on equipment aren't just estimates; they directly affect whether a truck can work and generate revenue. Changing the date multiple times and then making the customer absorb shipping costs to get out of an order that hasn't even shipped is extremely frustrating. Buy your securement equipment locally if you can and save yourself the headache, delays, and lost revenue.”

“Placed order for some straps on a Friday. Item didn’t ship until the following Tuesday. Was not delivered until Saturday. Should have only been one or two days in transit. Very poor shipping service. Shipping box was also poorly wrapped. Should have asked for UPS. Probably won’t be back.”

“The parts of product that arrived were great but I paid a rush delivery to receive my package and when the package showed up I was missing half of the order. On my tarp kit I only received arms and never got the hardware and brackets or the plastic stops. It was a very disappointing day losing work federally not being able to pass there inspection.”

“Top-notch customer service. Always eager to answer quesions about product compatibility / availability. A recent return, due to mechanic's mis-diagnisis of problem, was completed promptly wih no pushback or other typical unpleasantness. No restocking fee of other BS. A pleasure to work with unlike so many other places, especially in trucking.”
