“The product itself is great. Came as described and packaged well. Shipping timeframe on the other hand was terrible. It was supposed to be delivered to me in 3-5 business days and when I called for tracking information after 7 days of waiting I found out they had not even pulled it in the warehouse yet. Ultimately took 11 business day to arrive which was over double the time expected.”

“I had a great experience ordering from Mytee Products. I purchased straps for my husband, and they have worked great. They are strong, dependable, and exactly what we needed. Our order also arrived on time with no problems. I really appreciate receiving a quality product along with reliable shipping. “Last 2 order had issues. One oder only received part of order had to get refund . Next order paid 2 day shipping because I needed items before leaving town. Items showed up on day 3 after I left town and had to repurchase some where else. Products are good, prices good but delivery or fulfillment is very poor.”

“My order came in a bunch of different shipments. It took over a month to get them all. I was never notified of anything being on back order. It's too late for me to be able to use these products now as I am sold the trailer. I wish I could get a refund but now the items aren't eligible for return and shipping would be to much.”

“They are horrible about communicating. I ordered products and called after not receiving them and at that point was told they are backed ordered. I still haven’t received my other stuff even though I told them to send what they did have.”

“After 2 weeks of placing my order I emailed in received no contact back. I then called in and found out the warehouse forgot to ship my order. I then had to call in, The customer service representative I got did a great job of getting the order out within the week.”
