“Hello, I have been ordering products from MyTee website, and eveytime there is somethibng missing, so I have to email back to customer service to get the rest of the shippment. And usually they sent us the missing shippment, but it delays our processing at the warehouse. Please make sure you send all of the shippment without any missing pieces.”

“Made 2 orders so far, the second order was missing the coil tarp most expensive part of order. I called about this and am instructed to send pics of product that arrived. The box was ripped badly and repaired with packing tape. Box was cut open and thrown away. I now have some ass telling me what my job is to get your shipment complete! When purchasing product someone busy like myself doesn’t expect to have to put time ( valuable) into following through on your job! At this point it’s just going to be easier to have my credit card dispute it! I know the world is inept and people may play games but some like myself are still straight shooters and expect quality service!”

“I was disappointed with the weight of the product but other than that they are great looking tarps. I was looking for a feather weight 3 piece tarp that's lighter than 200lbs. You guys call this tarp super light weight but it's in the same weight class with your 2 piece parachute tarp.”

“Purchased bobcat x-change mount, locking pin holes are off from OEM location, could not use unless we rework the piece, poor fitment, will not buy again or recommend to anyone.”

“Fast shipping .This is the 2nd set of tarps I've ordered. The 1st set was shipped in heavy duty bag.The 2nd set was not.The packaging has been dragged around and has holes in it.My tarps appear to be fine.If you have holes in your packaging make sure you film yourself opening the tarps.”

“They are as advised. Size runs a little small. I typically ware a large comfortably. These fit me very snug, but they fit. I had a couple of bolts with nuts on the back of my trailer that needed to be retightened. They were in a tight area and I knew if the wrench slipped it was going to hurt bad. Sure enough it slipped out the nut and I punched the frame of the trailer hard. Didn't hurt a bit. Was pretty impressed.”

“The value of a company is never detirmined by a purchase, or a buisness transaction. The quality of a company comes out when there is an issue and someone is going to have to take a hit. Either the company or customer. When i recieved my order of some u-bolts for a cab rack install kit, one of the bolts was bent incorrectly. about an inco off one side. I submitted a request for warranty, the next day i had an email asking for a picture to verify my complaint. The next message was saying they were sorry for the issue and they were sending me a new complete 6 pack of u bolts and only wanted to know if i requested they be sebt to the same adress as the previous order. Hell Yes! as a buisness owner with verry little time to deal with parts issues(and yes EVERY MANUFACTURE has them) so for this company to make it as easy as they did. 100% getting all the buisness i can send your way. Thank you!”
