“My experience has been TRASH!! This was my first time ordering from this company and it will definitely be my last time. I ordered 4 winches totaling about $90 and only received ONE of the winches out of the four I paid for. Not once has customer service talked about sending me the other 3. I really needed these winches and am disappointed that I didn’t receive them but was charged as if I did…”

“I ordered 4 sliding winches for my flatbed trailer which cost me about $90. I waited several days to only receive ONE of the four I ordered..Absolutely Ridiculous!! Customer service is horrible like it’s my fault they only shipped one item and not four…I will NOT order from this site again. It’s a waste of time and money.”

It appears it was lost in transit and we are currently filing a claim with the carrier in regards to this, once we get the claim results we will reach out to you to proceed. “Order came late they had to reship order because who they use for shipping was lying to them. But they didn’t discount or give me back my shipping money it actually took 4 weeks for me to get my order when it should have been 3-5 days highly disappointed”
