“Extremely poor service, they ship customers purchases packed as if they were trash resulting in incomplete orders and even empty boxes showing absolutely no respect for their customers. I recommend not buying anything from this store.”

“Don't like my order broken up in to multiple shipments. Do t like the use of FedEx they are the worst for delivery and tracking... as I write this I don't know if my pkg is on it way and since they split it up what item is coming. MyTee hasn't been clear either! Not happy with my second attempt at ordering from this company!”

“Mytee’s products and prices are great, hard to beat. The only complaint I have is, I placed a $1K order and Mytee divided it into 5 separate orders. I received two orders within 7-10 days. The next shipment took about 3-4 weeks because Mytee informed me that the chain binders were damaged in shipping. I don’t see how that would happen considering they’re made of solid steel. Then I had to wait another 2 weeks for the last three products I ordered to arrive, which, when I called to inquire about them, was told that they’ve been sitting in the warehouse, the lady had no idea why they hadn’t been shipped yet but I did receive them within 7 days of inquiring about them. So, my only knock on Mytee is the shipping.”

“I didn't think I would find a place to order wheels for our scissor lift. Not only did I but it was a very simple process, all I did was enter the model and it pulled up exactly what I needed. We just installed them this morning and the ride is so much smoother. Not sure if the picture of used and new wheels I attached is viewable but what a difference.”

“Love this company! They have everything, good quality, great communication, and I really like their website. The only issue is that sometimes the website can be very slow. Other than that, I highly recommend them. I’ve already sent friends to purchase there!”

“I have ordered several 18oz vinyl tarps, all hold up well and are well made. The only issue I have with them is the nylon webbing, it disintegrates in a couple years. Our tarps are used 24/7/365 outdoors, so they get full exposure of sun and weather.”

“I ordered this tarp to cover hay that we normally would put in a barn but due to unplanned circumstances could not website told me tarp would arrive on a Thursday called the following Tuesday and they said they had not even shipped it yet but that they would try to ship it that got it 2 days later hay had been rained on 3 times by then. With all that being said it appears to be the best hay tarp I have ever had when strapping down not one single grommet pulled out that's a first for me and we ran 1.5 inch pipe through the webbing on every other grommet I am in a high wind area so we'll see 6 months from now how it holds up would have given 5 stars for the quality of the tarp, but don't put delivery times on your website if you can't even get it shipped till I call and complain. Happy with the quality of the product just not the customer service.”
