“Mytee were great with my purchase. They did sent me the wrong size tarp and I had already tried to install it and drilled few holes but once I realized that it was a wrong size I called them and explained to them what had happened. They were very understanding and wanted some photos so I sent it to them willing to pay half or something for damaging the wrong size tarp they had sent. And, I thought I would have to pay something for it but they sent me the correct size and didn't have to return/ pay for the wrong size.”

“Products are great when shipped correctly. When they mess up an order it’s not a quick process and you will not get the fix in time if you are trying to get it within a week or two.”

“Disappointed, a year ago we ordered parachute tarps and we received regular tarps, 2 weeks ago I ordered 10 binders and we received only 9, last week I ordered 2 pairs o brackets for ramps stand I received 4 brackets but all are right hand side.”
