They sent us the wrong product. It clearly says on the label that we were to get mud flap lights and they sent us a cargo cover. Companies fault but we now have to wait until the have UPS pick up the wrong part that they sent before they will send out the correct part. A part that we have been waiting on.

Not a bad price. This is the second time I’ve purchased these ratchet straps. The first batch that I purchased didn’t last long at all they wore out real quick thought maybe I just had a bad batch so I tried one more time and I’m still disappointed.

We ordered 12 moving blankets, received 1 in mail. Was told, sorry we're out of those blankets, I'll send thinner, cheaper, blanks for a that are slightly more expensive. The blanks we received all smell horrible like they were soaked in fuel. Who would drape them over your furniture while moving. Not a satisfied customer at all.

Headlamp LED, Fits Freightliner Cascadia (2008 & 2017) Left Side Headlight Replaces Tl-27601CB, Tl27601CB MPNTL-27601CB 1 There is a problem with the aiming mechanism. It has an adjustment screw that has a ball on the end. The ball seats in a socket. It has too much travel potential and easily pops out of the socket when you attempt to lower the aim. Its a real tough thing to get the ball reseated in the socket. The lights within the unit should have more travel so you can adjust it lower and there should be something to stop the screw from popping out of the socket if you need to lower the aim as in my case. My tractor has a good undamaged hood but I had to draw out on the mounting studs and adjust the aim all the way down so it would be aimed legally.

The side puller attachment that I purchased failed terribly on the very first use. I'm sure it was just a defective unit and hopefully it can be replaced by some sort of warranty. I will be contacting them shortly.

The right corner bumper we ordered only came with the outer cover. We had expected the complete corner replacement. Like we had received when we purchased the whole three piece bumper from you. We can't use this.

I purchased 2 sets of coil racks and they didn’t even last a week before having issues. The rubber is poor quality and the bolts came loose that hold the steel to the rubber. Would not recommend.

They look like they are built good. But they just don't hold up in the wind. I was only averaging probably about 45 miles an hour top speed about 65 for 250 miles and this is the end result. I don't understand why somebody cannot build an oversized flag that holds up...

Products are great when shipped correctly. When they mess up an order it’s not a quick process and you will not get the fix in time if you are trying to get it within a week or two.

I ordered 2 products the first time FedEx lost my package the second time ir was sent i received only one item still haven't received the second so basically I paid for 2 items got one waited over a month to get one still haven't heard if or when im going to receive the second item

I received my 2nd package from a recent order. I noticed the contents didn't match the Packing slip which was correct. I need the ½" slip hooks to go on the binders I ordered, not the ⅜ grab hooks.

You sent me 2 each 3” X 30 Ft. ratcheting ststraps as you described in your advertising literature but 2 each of 3” X 30 ft. Straps did not have your logo nor did they have the bronze coating on the rachets. The look like some kind of inferior genetic quality straps. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE SWITCH. Will not be ordering anything more from your company!
