They look like they are built good. But they just don't hold up in the wind. I was only averaging probably about 45 miles an hour top speed about 65 for 250 miles and this is the end result. I don't understand why somebody cannot build an oversized flag that holds up...

Products are great when shipped correctly. When they mess up an order it’s not a quick process and you will not get the fix in time if you are trying to get it within a week or two.

I ordered 2 products the first time FedEx lost my package the second time ir was sent i received only one item still haven't received the second so basically I paid for 2 items got one waited over a month to get one still haven't heard if or when im going to receive the second item

I received my 2nd package from a recent order. I noticed the contents didn't match the Packing slip which was correct. I need the ½" slip hooks to go on the binders I ordered, not the ⅜ grab hooks.

You sent me 2 each 3” X 30 Ft. ratcheting ststraps as you described in your advertising literature but 2 each of 3” X 30 ft. Straps did not have your logo nor did they have the bronze coating on the rachets. The look like some kind of inferior genetic quality straps. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE SWITCH. Will not be ordering anything more from your company!

I ordered these height control valves because they have the dump feature but I'm not sure the way it needs to be plumbed to function correctly or if I'm missing a valve in addition to these height controllers unfortunately nobody at the company has any kind of clue as to what's going on so I would say it's very disappointing but the shipping was great

Wrong product shipped. I'll have to make it work. Easier than going thru returning/ reorder. Ordered the pogo stick with 3 hose clamp. recieved single hose clamp. Hopefully i can get the old one off without breaking.

Item arrived missing a part. It was noted upod arrival on the BOL that the pallet stretch film had been opened. Photos were take and email to customer service was sent. The part missing can fit in the palm of your hand and is hardware that goes with a part so large that it has to be shipped on a larger pallet. I was informed they cannot simply send the missing part (hardware) and that they have to open a claim with the shipping company and have the entire larger part sent once they claim is complete. This is insanity. The missing part weighs approx 2 lbs and the part it goes with wieghs 200lbs. I spent over $2500 and they cannot just send a replacement part. Not a good look for Mytee.

Ordered my first bale spear early april, package arrived damaged and missing parts, customer service was very helpful and shipped another bale spear. Packaged arrived damaged and missing parts, once again customer service was very helpful with the reorder of just the missing parts this time while using a different delivery company. Again the package was damaged and missing one spear. I gave up, very frustrated with the inability to get a complete order. Maybe the product needed to be boxed better maybe just bad luck with the shippers. A month and a half has transpired from the first order till now, unacceptable.

I’ve hade the mytee straps and vee boards for a few weeks. Not impressed. The plastic is very soft. Not holding up. The straps are thinner than the last one that I ordered a few years ago and they are also not holding up as well. I have a feeling that I will be replacing Everything by the end of summer.

Surprisingly low quality and long lead time for a product that isn't cheap. It took 5 weeks to recieve when their shipping estimate was 2 weeks. It took approximately 8 calls across a month time span to get any traction at all. I would not buy from this company again.
