Box did not come polished as advertised so I have to pay to polish the box. Honestly this major because this changed a good deal into not a good deal.

Bad experience, the bolts included with the motor were very low quality, after installing the motor the bolts broke. After that I try to remove the part of the bolts inside the motor and it didn't work and now I have to buy a new motor.

While the quality was very good, the tarp was not the full size that I ordered. It was 2 feet shorter than what it should have been. I had to buy another tarp to cover the area that was still exposed.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Most of our products are covered under 90 days manufacturer warranty. Please call on 1-888-705-8277 to request a replacement if the tarp was not as the promised size of 20' x 30'. Please note " All our Canvas tarps are hand made and cut-size is going to differ from the listed size by up to 2% or 6"."

I called Mytee to order the tarp was told it was in stock but its better to order it from the website. I ordered it from their website it said it is in stock I received an email the tarp was going to be delivered on the 7th as of today it still has not been delivered

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Sir, our product description for this product clearly states that "This is custom made to order and will take 2-3 weeks to process". We are sorry we did not communicate this to you in a better way. We look forward to serving your tarping need again.

I loved purchasing equipment from here but since they put their HUGE logo on the flaps of tarps, I just can't anymore. YOU'RE NOT PAYING ME TO ADVERTISE FOR YOU

Im sorry you are displeased with this logo, but we have made the choice to label are tarps. You will find that alot of other tarp companies do the same as well. You may always choose to do a custom tarp if you wish to in the future, however pricing would be different.

If at anytime your having an issue with a delivery please let us know as soon as possible, as we have a short window of time reporting lost or delayed shipments. Im showing currently both packages delivered to you on or before the 4th of September.

no problem with product, once it arrived. HUGE problem with customer service. no confirmation email upon ordering. no tracking number upon inquiry of confirmation. finally tracking number after threat of cancellation of order. good product and price. poor service. won't shop with you again.

I’m unhappy with the location of the D rings. The flaps on each end are not what I expected and are a pain. The material seem robust and will last a long time. On a scale of 1-10 I give it a 6. A redesign should be considered.

They have a great look but when I used them on the first load they ripped 6 holes and am only half through the trip.

I ordered car hauling straps and ratchets the ratchet’s are junk they are extremely flimsy and I’ve already broke three of them after one week of use.

Keep having to replace the flags. They last a couple hundred miles before they are only half left. That is if the rod or spring hasn’t broken all the way off and went flying down the road.

was pleased with order delivery process, BUT...I ordered a pair of 6ft rails to weld under new truck bed. 1 of the rails was fine but 1 rail was not bent correctly from manufacture, the sliding winch would fall out by itself. now I have a pair of winches that will not stay in rail! We had to weld on our winches to correct the issue

I don’t receive what I ordered an the product was damaged when it did arrive Then couldn’t get one in customer service to help me I try email customer service and send some pictures of what I received the email don’t work I not happy with mytee products right now
