Disappointed, a year ago we ordered parachute tarps and we received regular tarps, 2 weeks ago I ordered 10 binders and we received only 9, last week I ordered 2 pairs o brackets for ramps stand I received 4 brackets but all are right hand side.

I had placed an order online and couldn't update my quantities due to the system glitching. I called so they could just update the quantity since I had just made the purchase. They weren't able to so they had to cancel the order and place the order again with the correct quantity. However, when they placed the order they mixed up the quantities so once again it wasn't right. I called back again and they refunded those 2 items that were incorrect and placed a new order and used the credit to pay for the newest order and I still couldn't get everything I needed due to it "not being in stock" because of the now 2 canceled tickets they were on. So what did get sent to me was only a partial. The representatives helping were very friendly and easy to talk to but the system or protocol they had to follow was a mess.

As a national company managing over 30 warehouses, we chose Mytee Products due to their competitive pricing, especially the price break on bulk orders. However, when I attempted to place 13 separate orders for delivery to different warehouses, I was told that I wouldn’t qualify for the price break since they were being shipped individually. Given we are a corporation, I was disappointed that there wasn’t an option to work with an account manager. Ideally, I would have submitted one purchase order (PO) with a spreadsheet listing the delivery addresses, and then Mytee could process it as a single order, printing shipping labels for each warehouse on the back end. This is especially crucial for us since one of our main customers uses intermodal shipping, and the tension bars we order from Mytee are essential. Currently, we don’t have a return program in place with these customers, so the tension bars are a one-time-use product for us. In 2024 alone, we did over 3,500 orders, meaning we would need approximately 7,000 bars or 1,750 packs each year. This comes to a minimum of $194,250 annually for these products, so it was disappointing that such a large commitment didn’t seem to come with more flexibility in pricing or account management. Additionally, one of my warehouses reported receiving only 4 out of 5 packs of tension rods. While I understand there is a process in place, I had already communicated my intentions for these orders via email and phone before the shipment even arrived. Initially, I was told there was nothing that could be done since the warehouse had signed for all 5 packages. After expressing my dissatisfaction, I was asked to send multiple pictures of the package and label, which was incredibly frustrating given that the warehouse was trying to load a truck. Eventually, they did send the missing set free of charge, but the process felt unnecessarily drawn out. While I’m not expecting special treatment, I was hoping for more understanding and compassion, rather than an immediate “no” response.

All in al just average . The price of the parts I ordered increased over 40 % from just a year ago and had to wait as there were none in stock.

Few days ago I left a not so good review of mytee. Since then mytee products, has made good on the transaction, I must say that their customer service personnel was great and got my shipping problem resolved. I received my order and was as good as I expected it to be, thank you mytee products for restoring my confidence in your company
