“The shipping was free, which was unexpected. However, now I know why it was free. The item I ordered was extremely heavy, but was shipped in a regular cardboard box with plastic straps. When it arrived at my office it was in shambles and product was falling out of it. I sure wish I had taken a picture of it.”

“I received what I ordered in a timely manner. I ordered these before, rubber straps, but I ordered them before from ya'll because they were made in the USA. The order that I received were from another country. We will not order again. Thank you.”

“I purchased 2 sets of the single strap tire lasso's and used them twice and on the 2nd time, the strap that wrapped around the tire (on the backside) got cut (on a couple straps). Don't know what cut it (assuming brake components). I love the ratchets... they seem to be of good quality, but the straps seem a little cheap to me.”

“I found a unique item on Mytee’a site, bars for wardrobe moving boxes. The wrong size was sent to me(24” vs 18”). Thankfully, customer service sent me the correct size within a day and sent me a pre paid label to ship the incorrect order back to their warehouse.”

“The delivery date was supposed to be for July 15th. We didn’t receive the items until the 17th. I’m a very punctual an professional person. But hopefully when I open the box’s everything is there.”

Thank you for letting us know. We do try to give you the best estimated date of delivery as possible and sometimes the shipping carrier can get delayed. I do hope everything with your order was accurate.

“The packaging came a little rough. Basically, it looked like it was taped by a 6 year old. The box was ripped and the handle of the jack was all scuffed up. I thought after paying $25+ for shipping a box. I haven't used the product yet.”

“I am mostly satisfied. I was surprised that there wasn’t any hardware with the locks. I used the old hardware and one of the studs broke off while trying to tighten it. And the online ad said only 2 keys would be sent but every lock had a set so I think that’s a waste of money.”

“This is a follow up comment to my review. I was unhappy the items were made in China. The reply is that all American made products have a flag. Might be good to mention that because I never order without checking where something is made. When I read this on you About Us page, you can see why I thought what I was ordering was made here - we make, integrate, finance and house everything ourselves.”

We carry many different products both import and US made products. Any US made products we carry have the US Flag. This is how we differentiate between the products. Im sorry if you did not notice this feature.

“Three of the four binders worked fine. One had issues with the threads not screwing out easily. I had to put it in a vice and use a wrench to turn the ends out and in. Have someone check them before shipping. I'm hoping it will turn easier the next time I use it.”

“The product arrived on time, happy about that. Most importantly I bought this tarp for a family tent in my backyard and water keeps coming through when it rains. Tarp has very long slim open areas and very thin in other areas. However it does help with the sun.”

“The products are awesome, however the shipping is a little bit lacking. My package was sent five addresses over from mine. Luckily we are all neighbors and they just dropped it off later that day however this could have been a costly mistake.”

“Ordered four stake pocket d-rings. Two arrived without the pins to hold them in the pocket. Two pins were sent. One pin was the same as the first two, the fourth was a different style of pin. They all work. No way should the d-rings have been sent without the pins. Pretty hard to miss. The mismatched pins is a minor annoyance. Customer service and shipping was fast.”

“Very happy with my purchase. It arrived very quickly. I actually tested the 70% light blockage with a light meter (as advervised) and ended up with 72%. Awesomely accurate!”

“We had one strap fray a little the first time we used it and it was around round pipe, but we do pull them tight. We will probably go back to orange on next order”
