I purchased two shift knobs from Compact Calle / Mytee and both turned out to be defective. These products appear to be generic, low-quality items sourced through a drop-shipping company, not genuine OEM parts. Because of the repeated failures, I lost over a month of work time and had to deal with unnecessary downtime and expenses. In the end, I was forced to buy a genuine shift knob from an international dealer (OEM Part Number: A-3280-C-9467), which worked correctly and solved the issue immediately. ⚠️ Warning to others: Don’t waste your money on this product. If you need reliability, skip the cheap imitations and buy genuine OEM parts from a trusted dealer. The upfront savings are not worth the losses in time, money, and productivity.

I ordered 25 new blue straps so that my flatbed trailers will look good with all matching straps. After just ONE load, the strap is already coming apart. The quality of these straps are Not what I expected.

I ordered a cargo net for a trip a few years back. I ended up not needing the cargo net for that occasion. Now today, 8/2025 I opened the original package and realized, after watching there install video that they didn’t send the straps with it. After 30 minutes on the phone they said they can’t help that since it has been so long. I sent the receipt to them and still no luck. Now, I must say I should have opened it that day to make sure all the parts came with the package. That is my fault. They ship the straps in a different package inside the main package. This part wasn’t done apparently. The lesson is, immediately double check your product and return it ASAP if parts are missing. Secondly, if you are depending on this company for supplies for your job production, look elsewhere. I should have checked. Lastly because I realized I should have checked, I was willing to purchase the straps that didn’t come with the original order; they informed Me they don’t sell them individually. Best of luck.

Customer service half the time when I called to find my products I had ordered was very unprofessional I shouldn't have to call daily to figure out what is going with my then wait a whole other week just get mytee to realize my tarps where lost that they no tracking a week and half had passed before I was offered a replacement order I probably won't ordering from mytee products again get with the game mytee products I can order the same product from a place in Chicago and and get better customer service and tracking information

well, hard to write a review on something i did not recieve. However, i can write a review on customer service. Let me start by saying all the different people i spoke to or chatted with were kind but were really not truthful on what they said. it seemed not one person at Mytee knew what the other had said and promised. I ordered something i needed quick and was promised quick but nope they could not make it happen. i got frustrated and canceled the item. i was required to pay shipping on an item i never even saw or touched.! I just threw money right out the window. I could not reccomend dealing directly with Mytee Products. Kindess is wonderful but it also requires commitment. They just could not have both. Not only did they charge me shipping, they wanted to charge me a re-route fee on the item I ordered that was floating around the state of Ca for 3 days. I guess I was blessed they didnt charge me a "re-route fee" Thanks Mytee Products for absolutely nothing but free money and a failed commitment.

The product I guess is okay but, it was delivered damaged as per the attached picture. While I know the inclination is to blame the transporters but the item was so inadequately package that it had no chance of arriving damaged.

Company uses the absolute worst carrier (FedEx Ground). I now find the order confirmation and tracking info to be puposely deceptive. The notifications suck and tracking your order is difficult. In my case I was under the impression that my order was in stock and fulfilled in it's entirety instead of 9+ days apart...a major inconvenience. There is misinformation in the customers account info and even calling directly yielded inaccurate information. I will not use this company again.
