They made a mistake and didn’t put one of the products I paid for in the box but now they want me to take pictures of it the box and what was inside of it and send it to him before they’ll send me my product. I spent almost $300 and what I bought that’s missing is like 20 bucks. They don’t trust you but they’ve sent me items that I never ordered that we’re supposed to go to someone else. I was nice enough to tape up the box better drive to the FedEx station and send it to the person that was supposed to go to never thanks they’re a useless company. I wouldn’t buy anything from them again.

I ordered chrome mud, flat weights, and a hanger bearing, I got my hanger bearing I did not get my chrome mudflap weight that’s the way it goes sometimes

The product was good. The low review is because of the way it was packaged. Every thing I have ordered in the past was packaged very well. The box was not taped closed very good and that allowed the keys to slip through the folds of the box and become lost. So I got a product that locks with out keys. I hope that Mytee will make this up.

My experience has been TRASH!! This was my first time ordering from this company and it will definitely be my last time. I ordered 4 winches totaling about $90 and only received ONE of the winches out of the four I paid for. Not once has customer service talked about sending me the other 3. I really needed these winches and am disappointed that I didn’t receive them but was charged as if I did…

I ordered 4 sliding winches for my flatbed trailer which cost me about $90. I waited several days to only receive ONE of the four I ordered..Absolutely Ridiculous!! Customer service is horrible like it’s my fault they only shipped one item and not four…I will NOT order from this site again. It’s a waste of time and money.

Order came late they had to reship order because who they use for shipping was lying to them. But they didn’t discount or give me back my shipping money it actually took 4 weeks for me to get my order when it should have been 3-5 days highly disappointed

I needed a winch cable and there was 2 in Ohio and it shipped from Texas and a week later i received it. It was important to have it before the weekend but that did not happen. If I would have known this a different decision would have been made. Mytee is the only company I use for this type of products so in the future I hope it’s better

They promised shipment by 12/23. Order was split into 2 shipments, first showing up 1/5 and the 2nd didn’t ship for 2 weeks. I would have paid the extra money to buy local if I’d known this would be the outcome.

Tarps tore on the very 1st load. I've hauled 4 loads with these tarps and have 5 holes and 1 tear where the flap and tarp come together, one hole is on the side where the bungee strap hook up. As far as I'm concerned I totally wasted $362.00. I used a tarp for months that was only 16ml thick and never had holes and tears like this--your tarp is at least twice as thick and tears within 200 miles. To put it bluntly your tarps suck.

shipped 4" thick item in a 20" high box. When I emailed them to bring this to their attention because it was costing them extra freight they didn't even read the email! They emailed me and asked me what the problem was.
