We ordered a heavy tarp as well as Rachel straps that were shipped to the wrong address, when we called them to point out the mistake they charged us a 21.00 address change fee. Then turned around and charged it a second time! It’s sad because we spend 1000s with that company and have recommended them to others. As of now we will never do business with them again nor will we recommend them again. Their customer service spoke loud and clear about the company! I highly suggest you think twice before ordering from them!

I have purchased this brand in the past (2016 til now) and I thought it was a good brand. So I purchase more in Sept 2022 by Nov. most were bad. Out of 10 I may have 2 that's not real bad. That's with using edge protectors. The quality of these straps has changed or needs to. After spending almost 200 for a box in September, I had to buy more in December. That's not good.

The web site only works to find the product you looking for. But try and create an account and purchase a tarp using the easy pay plan and the web site doesn't offer the easy pay at checkout. I tried every way I could and could never get it to work. So much for saving time, now I have to call to make the purchase. I even tried to set up an account and that didn't work and the site never recognized that I had set up an account. What a worthless web site.

This company has zero customer service. I placed an order online and received the standard auto-reply email. A day or two later I received an email stating my order was complete and shipped (it even included a tracking number). Two more days pass and I get an email saying what I ordered was out of stock... ??What?? It already shipped. I called and am informed that though the computer showed an inventory count of 12, the warehouse had none. (But I was told it shipped already!?!?) Well, no. AND, they can "substitute" the next bigger size but I have to pay more for it. Substitute with a charge??? HOW PATHETIC IS THIS COMPANY?!! I said I wanted to speak to [her] supervisor... She is out to lunch, will call me back. After nearly two hours, I called again and "Oh, yeah...". Now the supervisor is in a meeting and will call me. MYASS! Just cancel my already shipped order and make sure I get a full refund. I will be spreading the word Far-And-Wide, "Do Not support Mytee or their products."

I'm sorry you feel this way. Everything that Alexis was telling is true. I was on lunch at the time of your call and was in a meeting when I came back, so please don't feel like she was lying to you. I was tied up. Our system auto-generates the labels and when the warehouse goes to pick the item to ship that's when they tell us there is an issue and the inventory is not correct. We process orders within 2-3 business days so we are not too late in letting you know it's just the label response can be confusing. We don't like it when this happens just as much as you. This type of situation doesn't happen everyday and we try to let our customers know as soon as possible when an issue arises and it's unfortunate that it happened to your order. We have refunded your order and your funds should be to your account within 1-2 business day.

I will never use this company again! Shorted me two items that came in a 4 pack. When I contacted them the same day about the shorted shipment they requested that I sent a picture of the items that were received. I responded to their email with the picture needed which they said they never received. Again I responded to their email with said picture but oddly enough they received that one. The 2 items were supposed to be shipped out that day via FedEx, however two days later there is still no movement. I called MyTee to check to make sure my items have left their warehouse. Supposedly they have however FedEx disagrees. Extremely poor service in my instance. We needed these parts by certain day, ordered in plenty of time to receive the parts but their poor service kept us from received these parts when needed!!

I deeply apologize for the mistake that you recently encountered. It’s not our habit to make such errors, but nothing is perfect after all. We are further investigating why FedEx hasn't scanned your package as we did ship this out the next day as it was too late to make it on the first truck. I had a very bad experience with this company. I place an order with them,, because I'm trying to start my hotshot company with my father. I just received some of them, so I ask them what happened with the others products and they state that all of them were delivered, but I never received them. They make a claim with FedEx and was denied because some of the packages were delivered. So after that they just say sorry that they won't do anything else, making me loosing a lot of money. Very bad experience, they make me feel like I just wanted the money back, called me liar and that I have the products. They make me feel that because I'm Hispanic I just want to steal the money. I lost over $500 and they don't care.

With my 1st purchase Mytee got the order wrong I purchased 24 blankets, however they sent 12 of a different type of blanket. It turns out the ones they sent me cost more then the ones I ordered which I didn't know at the time I received them that the quantity was wrong. I used the blankets and realized there were just 12 in the bundle. I reached out to them and they agreed it was an error on their end, when speaking to a representative on the phone. She apologized that they made this error and said she would send me 12 of the original blankets I ordered and we would be even so as not to inconvenience me the customer for the company error. I thought that was good customer service and worth sticking with the company. However the next day a different representative of the company emails me to say they would not honor the agreed upon arrangement. This is a POOR example of a customer obsession/service, I won't do business with them again, the word of the representatives means nothing obviously. I can find what I need from plenty of other businesses that will get it right the 1st time. Thanks

Well for Christmas my dad bought me the 8 point tie downs for my flatbed tow truck I only use them for high end vehicles they were the green ones for $89.99 by may 2 ratchets broke...instead of upsetting my dad I just bought the orange ones for like $130 stainless steel ratchets and guess what? Two of them are acting up and getting caught up! I'd like a refund actually

Stopped By to buy 8 tires, was told you don’t stock them anymore. Been doing my purchases here for 10 years. You’ve got too big, poor customer service, nobody knows what’s going on. Asked about buying returned tarps, which I’ve done, sales lady knew nothing off them. I won’t be back. Will find another supplier. This is how good small company’s get big , and fail.

I got the tire hold down straps, the webbing did not reach to the top of the tire, and would slip off of the tire. I had to use other ratchet straps to keep them in place.

I did not get my 40 ft 4 inch straps due to very poor customer service. I ordered my straps on a Monday for Friday delivery and was finally called on the Friday they were supposed to be here. if I had been advised that you were out of stock to begin with, I could have made other arrangements. would I recommend mytee products, I think not

I don’t buy from this company customer service with his company I spent over $1400 with them FedEx says they supposedly delivered the item which they did not because there was somebody home at my house the whole time and now the cops service tells me there’s nothing they can do about replacing the item or reimbursing the money by local you won’t get screwed

bought the auto transport wheel tie downs, straps are fine, the ratchets are straight china junk. Haven't had them on the bed a month and they bind up, don't ratchet, have tried oiling and no change. We switched back to the ratchets on our rollback we had before that are 5 years old and they work flawlessly. Have had great luck with straps from mytee just nothing that has moving parts.
