We just unpacked our box from you, anticipating beginning our repair job. Unfortunately, someone forgot to put in the cement. We only received the blue vinyl. Two of the tarps had box blade cuts in them. Trying to find some one talk to about getting them replaced. Please let me know.

ordered 2 month ago, still have not recieved merchandise. tracking shows to be picked for transit to usps in may???

Our tracking indicates this was delivered on June 11th. We are unsure what tracking you have but everything on our end looks fine. If you need more assistance please give us a call directly.

After waiting over a month and a half they cancelled my order with no okay by me. I will gladly share the emails with anyone and everyone. I never once got a response from someone, all responses are automated. I sent them my number and nothing. Just wanted to get my wife a shirt! Do not order from them

I tried to order edge protectors straps and v boards When order was placed and paid for week later they called straps and vboards weren’t in stock these were discounted when I ordered but could be shipped later after discount promotion was over I was told wont recommend this company

Run from this company, Sent me the wrong item and originally they communicated unbelievably well (emails back and forth daily) and were going to pickup and credit my account. All of a sudden now they won't respond to emails or answer the phone and when I do get through, they hang up on me. Run as fast as you can, horrible service.

This company is a complete scam and customer service/the support team never assists me. I’m always being responded with an automated message that never answers any of my questions. I’m completely frustrated. I purchased a Mother’s Day tee after their website advertised shipment within 5 days. It was not until AFTER purchase that I was notified between 5-15 days. It is now day 16 and my product is still “printing,” which I was told 24-48 hours after I made the purchase. I’ve contacted the support team/customer service on 4 separate occasions to either request a refund or cancel my order and consistently being told I cannot cancel due to product already being printed. If I ask a question about how long until shipment or any additional question outside of their automated responses, I’m either completely ignored or they send an automated apology email that says, “ Due to the custom nature of our products, all items are sent to production shortly after the order is placed. As your order has already entered the production process, we are unfortunately unable to cancel at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.” My last two emails to them requested a refund of my order, as well as a description of my experience (NOT asking to cancel), and this is the response I continue to get. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!

I believe you have the wrong company. We sell trucking supplies not t-shirts. I think you're trying to reach Mytee.com or createmytee.com. I'm sorry for the confusion and hope you can get this resolved.

On April 7th, I ordered a 52 inch light bar for installation on my truck. A 40 inch bar was delivered with invoice saying 52 inch light bar!

I'm very dissatisfied, my order was completely wrong. I purchased 16 4 inch straps and only received ten and I specified blue and they are yellow. I tried to purchase 16 hook receivers and I was told that they only have 2 so I purchased them or so I thought. The salesperson gave me a call back and told me that they only have 1 and I would get a refund for the other. Needless to say that the 1 that I purchased didn't show up either. If I'm purchasing stuff that means that I need it so now I have to go purchase the rest at a truck stop. Highly disappointed!

Sent wrong item charged me 16 dollars to ship back now mytee wants another 13 dollars to ship the correct item back to me mytee is just terrible I could of just bought new some were else and had what I need

Im sorry but unfortunately you had ordered the wrong product. We did try to help you correct the order but the shipping cost would be the customers responsibility. If at anytime the mistake is on our part we take care of it quickly.

I was ready to purchase all my tarps & Other items from here. Including all equipment for other trucks in future. Luckily I had an issue that they couldn't/wouldn't resolve. (Coil Bag split down middle 2nd usage). They need to work on how to keep customers. Tri City wins

We do honor our 90 warranty policy, but your issue unfortunately was for a tear. Tears are not covered. We do apologize we were not able to help you on this case. *Manufacturing warranty does not cover rips, tears, or wind damage due to tarps being improperly tied/strapped down

Junk winch line hook failed on me after 1.5 weeks in middle of a tow couldn’t get the clasp to open on the hook so now my 200$ bridle chain is stuck in there poor quality!!!! Rookie product

Ordered first ( tarp light weight was damage , not suitable for out door weather ( flatbed work ) cracks on cold weather , when flapping tears . Mytee resend me another one this time heavy duty and still the same problem . Is not what they claim to be . Im very dissatisfied with mytee products . And order a color (blue-tarp and send me (black tarp) ( very disrespectful or careless of what the customer wants or needs. One star is to high ( sorry but you ask for a review )

I am missing part of my order and I feel like I am jumping through hoops to get the problem resolved. It shouldn't be this difficult to get the missing products resolved. They want pictures and the packing slip but I didn't even get the packing slip in the box.

Nope ....bought edge protectors......2 weeks later still no word on where they are ....life in trucking is hard .....its harder when you buy equipment and have zero clue where it could be ......so nawww i teally would not recommend mytee ....lesson learned

The straps latches are sub par, I can't use them because they don't lock secure enough. I didn't return them because I run a business & needed them ASAP. I replaced your latches & used your strap parts... Very bad product...

Order 6ft drop tarps recieved 8ft drop tarps to heavy and to blucky for what i do.

The bungees are junk.When you stretch them out in the cold weather they stay stretched out.👎

Sir, I don't see bungees on this order so I am not sure which bungees you purchased. However, for winter use you need to use the natural rubber bungees as opposed to EPDM which is choice for hot weather. I hope this helps you purchase the correct bungees for your travels in the future.
