This company is a complete scam and customer service/the support team never assists me. I’m always being responded with an automated message that never answers any of my questions. I’m completely frustrated. I purchased a Mother’s Day tee after their website advertised shipment within 5 days. It was not until AFTER purchase that I was notified between 5-15 days. It is now day 16 and my product is still “printing,” which I was told 24-48 hours after I made the purchase. I’ve contacted the support team/customer service on 4 separate occasions to either request a refund or cancel my order and consistently being told I cannot cancel due to product already being printed. If I ask a question about how long until shipment or any additional question outside of their automated responses, I’m either completely ignored or they send an automated apology email that says, “ Due to the custom nature of our products, all items are sent to production shortly after the order is placed. As your order has already entered the production process, we are unfortunately unable to cancel at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.” My last two emails to them requested a refund of my order, as well as a description of my experience (NOT asking to cancel), and this is the response I continue to get. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!
