Order 6ft drop tarps recieved 8ft drop tarps to heavy and to blucky for what i do.

The bungees are junk.When you stretch them out in the cold weather they stay stretched out.👎

Sir, I don't see bungees on this order so I am not sure which bungees you purchased. However, for winter use you need to use the natural rubber bungees as opposed to EPDM which is choice for hot weather. I hope this helps you purchase the correct bungees for your travels in the future.

ordered 2"x 35' tape and got a piece of 6" tape about 20" inches long called and was told they would rectify the problem 2wks later still nothing

When I placed the order I was charged extra because they were going to have to use a lift gate. I was fine with that because we don't have a dock. But when the driver showed up he didn't have a lift and then was going to try and charge me a fee for having to wait because we didn't have a forklift. Last I checked I paid for you guys to have a lift gate. Charged extra for a service you didn't offer.

We apologize for Fedex not having the lift. You did pay us for it and we then paid them for it. Since they didn't provide lifegate we will refund you the $40 charge. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.

Items were supposedly delivered by Fed Ex. Never received them. This is the second time we’ve not received our delivery. First time they were sitting a few blocks over and a neighbor found them. FedEx has done nothing. You won’t replace or refund. Bad customer service!!!!!!

The box my tarp straps was ripped open. Strap were missing. I ordered moving blankets but received wrap blankets. Not happy

We apologize this happened! We want to correct the transit error and get you the items that were missing in transit. As for the wrap blanket, we in the office are not sure if you mean a filler pad. Hello. We apologize for this. Our vendor made a change so the weight had to be updated on the website. However we didn't have the opportunity before your order came through. This is the lightest tarp we have in this size.

Cleaned and prepped area for shelter logic.Applied glue and patch according to directions.Doesnt stick very good and one patch fell off.

Ordered the tarp on the 1st. It is the 6th and the product that showed up is a 12 X 20 canvas tarp when a 7 X 14 mesh truck tarp was ordered. When contacted 'customer service' there was no apology just a statement that before any claim would be processed that a photo of the item that was received and a copy of the packing slip would have to be emailed to them so they could figure out who picked the wrong item. Well the packing slip is the invoice. Couldn't they figure that out when the wrong item showed back up???? I then got some disjointed voicemail about how the correct item shipping and the return would have to be coordinated before they sent out the correct item??? Send me what I ordered to replace the incorrect one....No maybe just refund my money if this is "Customer Service"

I do apologize this was an issue. It is our policy to ask for a picture of the product and packaging slip. The packaging slip is signed by the person that picked the item and will help us correct the issue with the picker. We have since talked this morning and have your correct item coming to you. I am truly sorry this mistake happened.

Ordered hardwood beveled lumber . Half of them had large cracks throughout most of the wood which I wouldn't trust to use to hold steel coils that weigh up to 48,000 lbs. I didn't call to complain because I'm extremely busy. Not sure if I will continue ordering supplies from them.

Sarmad, I am looking at your order and see that you did order tarp tape. The tracking says delivered and there are no further comments on your invoice. Joey, I wish I could speak more to this however I can only see that the tracking shows, at this point, you have received your packages. As for any experience you had talking to someone at the office, we will address that as we do not want that perception to become our reality. I spent 20.00plus 10.50 for shipping and it did not work on my vinyl swimming pool liner. Thought it worked on vinyl. Very disappointed

We apologize this product didn't perform as it should have for you. Sometimes, depending on the chemicals used to treat the pool, it can weaken the bond of the glue making it ineffective.

We apologize for any inconvenience as this product didn't meet your need. It is a 70% shade tarp, therefore it does not block the sun entirely. We have included a picture of the sun shown through the tarp which is in the listing.

I placed my order three weeks before Father's Day and my two coffee mugs were delivered MANY DAYS AFTER Father's Day. I emailed them regarding my delayed order, days before it was delivered to my house, and wish to cancel the order since I had no need for them if they were not to arrive on time for Father's Day but they refused to cancel my order or refund my purchase even though THEY ARE THE ONES AT FAULT for not delivering my product on time, which I placed WAY in advance giving them enough time to complete the order on time. WORST COMPANY POLICIES.
