Ordered the tarp on the 1st. It is the 6th and the product that showed up is a 12 X 20 canvas tarp when a 7 X 14 mesh truck tarp was ordered. When contacted 'customer service' there was no apology just a statement that before any claim would be processed that a photo of the item that was received and a copy of the packing slip would have to be emailed to them so they could figure out who picked the wrong item. Well the packing slip is the invoice. Couldn't they figure that out when the wrong item showed back up???? I then got some disjointed voicemail about how the correct item shipping and the return would have to be coordinated before they sent out the correct item??? Send me what I ordered to replace the incorrect one....No maybe just refund my money if this is "Customer Service"
