never recieve skates and will be asking for refund. poor way to out source from another company to fill there order

We do apologize that we did not have these items on hand when you placed your order. As to be able to fill the request, we did attempt to ship directly from our manufacturer / vendor to circumvent the item being sent to us then to you - prolonging your shipping time. I did find that this order was already refunded but if you want to speak to someone directly, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at 888-705-8277. Thank you!

We are working on this problem for you. We hope the delivery driver is not a reflection on us nor our product. Accidents happen but we are still working to correct this for you with the delivery service.

Is the worst service i have expect. They wanted to charge more money to correct the shipping address FEDEX tell me that they will charge 1 package and MAYTEE said that they will charge for 3 packages when they sending one. The lady on the phone hang up the phone when i was making the complaint. And so on. Overall be careful with this company. I don't recommend this company.

When a wrong address is given we need to collect the shipping cost involved as FedEx is charging this fee. If you speak to FedEx they will tell you the same thing. We tried to help the best we can and offered other options to you so you wouldn't have to pay. At the same time we can not tolerate being screamed at when we are trying to help you. Im sorry this is not working out but we did try to help you.

Ordering went smooth and all down hill from there. Didnt have the items on hand that the website said they did. Price kept going up as I talked to the salesman.

Gladys, please give us a call so we can figure out why your order was cancelled. We always attempt to contact customer's if there is an issue with their order, we don't have the product, we don't ship to PO Boxes, etc. I would be glad to provide you more insight. Please call us at 888.705.8277.

I purchased 2 6x6 coil bags. I make the same run of about 120 one way every day. The bags came apart at the seams on the second run. Very poorly made. The tread unraveled like a bag of dog food. I will not buy anything from Mytee Products again. Nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Things do happen sometimes and that's why we have a warranty on our products. All you need to do is send us pictures of the reported damaged and we will file a claim. Once the claim is approved we can replace the coil bags for you. It is a rarity when we have issues with these, so if there is ever a problem please let us know. Please send pictures to our email at customerservice@myteeproducts.com.

As of the time of this review I have not used the product. It appears to be nice and aslo appears to be of quality. I give it a one star simply because I have not tested it as of yet.

We do our best to resolve customer issues, in this case it involved the shipping carrier. I know this is not fair in any way when something is stolen from your location, but it is sometimes out of our hands.

The ratchet binder was not the correct size and I called to return it and exchange for the correct size and was told we (van buren county solid waste) could not return product. Our county will never use your services again.

This product does state online these are non-returnable. We shipped the correct product to you but this didn't work for you needs as you stated on the phone with us. Im sorry we couldn't take them back but this is a very strict policy due to the testing this binder has to go thru to make sure it's still in working condition. We wish you the best.

We unfortunately cannot accept a product back that you have spray painted. We accept returns that are in like new condition and not altered in any way. In time we hope you can understand our policy. I apologize this didn't work out for you.

Shipping was in a good fast manner. Upon unpacking and putting the tarp covering my wood pile I moved that the tarp had a 6” cut in it and close to the cut area I found holes in the tarp where it looked like it had been folded for to long.. I have pictures of the tarp damage. Due to the size of the tarp and that I was needing to get the wood covered before a lot of rain was coming this last week I used the tarp anyway. I did use the tarp repair tape that I purchased at the same time as the tarp to seal the hole’s. I am very dissatisfied with quality of the material I bought and will never purchased from this company again due to that fact.. Marty McClure

When you are having issues please give us a call we could have easily corrected this problem for you. This product is very new for us, so Im wondering if this was damaged during transit. I see by the tracking we provided that all but 1 package delivered to your location. I do apologize FedEx has not delivered your last package. We have submitted a claim with FedEx to locate this package. Please reach out to us next time if you find that you are missing product. I will keep you posted once FedEx gets back with us.

sent bad tarp .... then made me pay shipping both ways to return it ..... was charged over 150.00 $ ..... bad on return policy ...... don't think company cares one bit about customers !!!!! don't trust them to do right by you .

We honor our warranties and we were willing to replace this tarp, but we made a special agreement. As discussed over the phone prior to you sending back this tarp, you agreed to pay for this shipping as you did not want to warranty this tarp as you were in a hurry. We made a one time exception for you, as we normally do not give monies back on a warranty. We care very much about our customers and we made every attempt to help you on your order, I'm sorry you feel dissatisfied.

As an update we re-shipped the item as FEDEX lost the package. This time via UPS ans the item was delivered.

Please call our office and take a picture of this. This is not a normal thing to happen to one of our tarps and there is a 90 days manufacturer warranty, which we will definitely take care of you on.

I have received this box with scratches all over it. The box was not wrapped at all before being shipped. I am unhappy with my purchase.
