I would very much like to write a review, but still have not received the tarps that were ordered. I as far as I am concerned RL transfer is a joke and should never be used by any business to deliver products

The tools got lost in the way.. one week later that the time I supposed to receive the tools still not have an answer... very gentle but not so helpful at the time to solve problems..

The service was terrible I never received my product supposedly they lost it in postal services or something the only good thing about it was that I got my money back I mean for chrissakes a week went by I never even got a phone call from mytee products I had to call and ask about my purchase That’s when I was told that the product got lost in the mail

order a mattress from Mytee except for confirmation and taking money from my account they have not communicated with me. Only a call by me did got any information from them and later a check on my account did I learn that it was on back order.

Was not what I thought it would be for the price and the Length was shorter then what I thought it was would not buy this again works well for short bed flat bed tow trucks about it asked about sending back for a refund or credit and was told I could not do so if they had been used how are you to know if they are going to work if you don’t try them makes me very upset to be told they could be sent back and then told they could not I won’t be doing and buying of anything from mytee ever again due to this and we have a fleet of tow trucks not my loss it is there’s I told them I was looking for another company to work with for straps and other things and this is how I was treated I do hope the $130.00 was well worth the loss of a customer I have told others and I’m sure the loss of others will continue word of mouth go’s far in business in the world today and it was not stuck to on your end

Im sorry but as long as the item is still in like new condition we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All of our staff members are familiar with our returns process so this is very worrisome. If you would like to reach out to us please do so or send us an email. I feel this may be a misunderstanding.

I purchased a product which was the wrong size my attempt to return it was met with large shipping bills which made it unprofitable to return will not buy again

I have ordered a total of 10 tarps in the last couple of weeks. ( tarps showed up IO am still missing one.

gear in landing gear broke first day we tried to use it. Probably our fault for turning it the wrong way. No big deal, contacted Mytee for replacement and still have not received broken gear or even know if Mytee even intends to send one. been waiting for a response for two weeks. I would say pass on these guys. Just not very customer friendly.

Last purchase was not complete, packaged fedex damaged the packaged was never replaced So I’ll never order anything from you I

I've recently ordered a 20' high pole but received a 15'. I ordered the corner flag mounts, spring loaded, but received the red flags with metal bar insert. Tried to contact customer service several times to remedy the issue to no avail and am now forced to file fraudulent charges with my bank against Mytee. Order at your own risk.

Ordered 10 received 8. Called customer service. Followed their instructions to the letter. So far have not received other 2 or heard a thing at all from company....
