well, hard to write a review on something i did not recieve. However, i can write a review on customer service. Let me start by saying all the different people i spoke to or chatted with were kind but were really not truthful on what they said. it seemed not one person at Mytee knew what the other had said and promised. I ordered something i needed quick and was promised quick but nope they could not make it happen. i got frustrated and canceled the item. i was required to pay shipping on an item i never even saw or touched.! I just threw money right out the window. I could not reccomend dealing directly with Mytee Products. Kindess is wonderful but it also requires commitment. They just could not have both. Not only did they charge me shipping, they wanted to charge me a re-route fee on the item I ordered that was floating around the state of Ca for 3 days. I guess I was blessed they didnt charge me a "re-route fee" Thanks Mytee Products for absolutely nothing but free money and a failed commitment.
