Ordered four stake pocket d-rings. Two arrived without the pins to hold them in the pocket. Two pins were sent. One pin was the same as the first two, the fourth was a different style of pin. They all work. No way should the d-rings have been sent without the pins. Pretty hard to miss. The mismatched pins is a minor annoyance. Customer service and shipping was fast.
