My experience with MYTEE was positive overall. Two shipments were wrong color and/or size. Customer service is running the company and keeping it in the black.

Thank you for leaving us a review even though there was a mistake with your order! We are working to make things more efficient in the warehouse and that includes hiring new staff! We are hoping customer service and the warehouse can be up to bar with one another, service -wise. Thank you for understanding! I will pass this review around to the girls in the office to let them know they are doing a fabulous job!

The products I got this order are good quality and meet our needs. What i would like to review is the Trailer Loading Ramp Set i purchased earlier this year. In the description it says they are light weight and easy to handle. this isn't true, each 8 foot section is between 70-80 pounds and cumbersome to set up and take down. Maybe include in your description the weight on items like this for each piece.

We apologize I the description seemed misleading. "An all-aluminum construction by AWS-certified welding technicians together with adjustable pivot points yields light-weight components that are relatively easy to handle." This is describing the benefits of an all aluminum construction. We will take your feed back and try to update the description as I agree, this can be a bit misleading.

Will likely buy again. However, please note that compared to Uhaul padding, they're not as good. They strongly smelled like oil, as if a mechanic used them in a garage. Washing them removed maybe 85% of the odor. (I wonder if they all smell like this or if it was a fluke?) And they are a bit thinner as well. But, they did cost far less so I'm okay with them in the end.

Still having the problem with the stitching on the webbing. It doesn't hold up very long. Tarp material is good.

Product is good and shipping was fast however there was no email saying my order was received or shipped so some communication would be nice

The quick attach portion of the flags work nicely. Unfortunately I had to tighten all of the nuts holding them on the fiberglass rod when they arrived. Even after that 1 fell apart sometime during the 1st trip. Also the front flags started fraying in the first 200 miles.

You’re quick connect oversize flags are a good price but material on the flag is very poor quality and it’s shreds in just two trips

Timely delivery, happy with product. Ordered crimped hooks but didn't get them. I'm on the road and can't wait to send these back then send correct ones.

I ordered a tarp. You guys took the $$ from my account. Then cancelled the order, and none of you know why. Then I lost a $1,300 load I had booked because I didn’t have the tarp.... feel free to contact me if you wanna help with that. 304-785-5609

Adam, we do apologize for the inconvenience. At the time of online checkout, we retrieved the order and found you had selected instore pick up. When we downloaded your order, it was then set aside in our warehouse pending your arrival. So this item was not shipped until you called in to say it had never arrived. At that time, 6/18, we created shipping and sent the tarp to you. Inadvertently, you actually weren't charged any shipping at all. Therefore, you actually got a discount.

My binders came in very promptly. But my shackles were delayed. Was told they were to be shipped then told they had to find them. By looking at other warehouses. Website said if I ordered in a certain amount of time they'd ship that day. I had to leave to go back to work and they didn't come in until the next day. Very upset with that. Could've at least upgraded the shipping.

Shawn, we are glad you got your binders quickly. However, this order doesn't contain any shackles. So as for your experience with that, I cannot speak to it. As to our shipping, our website states that we ship orders within 1 to 2 business days of receipt. If you would like more information, please give us a call at 888-705-8277 M-F 8:30-6:30 & Sat 8:30-1:30.

Website is okay. Shopping cart process malfunctioned each of the three times I made a purchase. I tried mobile ordering first via phone on their website, but the site completely broke at the end of the confirmation process. Waste of time. Ordered via desktop next to times and both times it appeared the order never went through, but then received confirmation emails that the order had been placed. Second rate online shopping experience. Only worth it because their prices are much lower on the product I ordered. Otherwise, they are not serious about selling online.
