“The straps were delivered on time and were as described. The winch winder was not acceptable and did not perform as described.”

“When we get our shipments, there is no invoice. We resell items and have to try to find an invoice.”

We only include packaging slips with your orders as to protect your privacy. All invoice are automatically generated when your order is placed and emailed to you. You may request when placing your order online to include a copy with your shipment. Please at anytime you miss receiving an invoice please give us a call and we would be more than happy to send you a copy. Thank you for taking the time to give us a review.
