“It seems like a decent tarp. My only complaint is before I even put it over a load I spun it around on the concrete so I could lift it onto the trailer, and in doing so it rubbed a hole through where one of the D rings were. I'm just not sure how long it will last. That's why I gave it three stars, if that didn't happen I would have given it 5 stars. Fast shipping, friendly people, great price.”

Thank you for leaving us feedback even though you had an issue. I've not heard of this type of issue before, so I'm curious if the tarp was damaged in delivery process. This product should not wear a hole like that, unless it's hit something really sharp. If you would like to send us pictures to our email we can look into this for you. “Products are great but u guys need to pay attention to the specifics like the color of what's being ordered. I ordered blue 6 foot drop tarps and I got black 6 foot drop tarps. Bu t due to the fact I really needed them I didnt bother saying anything but price and product 2 thumbs up!!!!”

“I ordered 10 flaggs the my boyfriend needed to screw I to trailers homes he halls I did not receive the exact flags I ordered instead I received some weird plastic flags that slip on metal poles and bracets we couldnt use the metal brackets and the flags we got being plastic like frayed on the very first haul and want work for what we need it for as we do long hauls with homes so I am pretty disapointed I do not know if you all ran out of the flags I ordered and y'all just shoved what you all had. Left and tossed in a box.”

“I like the time limit on ordering merchandise but number one the delivery was left at R&L Warehouse because I came by and tried to pick it up while I was in town in Lakeland could not get it so I went home to wait for it I called at 3 pm for my deliveries and they tell me it's still at the warehouse so I had to go back down there to get 108 MI number two the headache rack on the inside of the doors with scratched up really bad I did not like that”

Thank you for leaving us a review. We have provided this feedback to R&L pertaining to the delivery issues. As for our headache racks, these are custom manufactured and with the care that goes into maintaining the strength of material and avoiding scratches on the outside of the headache rack, it becomes unavoidable to prevent this on the inside as well.

“The products I got this order are good quality and meet our needs. What i would like to review is the Trailer Loading Ramp Set i purchased earlier this year. In the description it says they are light weight and easy to handle. this isn't true, each 8 foot section is between 70-80 pounds and cumbersome to set up and take down. Maybe include in your description the weight on items like this for each piece.”

We apologize I the description seemed misleading. "An all-aluminum construction by AWS-certified welding technicians together with adjustable pivot points yields light-weight components that are relatively easy to handle." This is describing the benefits of an all aluminum construction. We will take your feed back and try to update the description as I agree, this can be a bit misleading.

“Will likely buy again. However, please note that compared to Uhaul padding, they're not as good. They strongly smelled like oil, as if a mechanic used them in a garage. Washing them removed maybe 85% of the odor. (I wonder if they all smell like this or if it was a fluke?) And they are a bit thinner as well. But, they did cost far less so I'm okay with them in the end.”
