Hi, I like it the product is good, quality and prices, but I have it one complain, the delivery time frame, take forever for received this time, I think the company needs take it in care this part, is the only problem I think! Thanks.

Thank you for your feedback. After reviewing your order, I see their was a delay in your shipment. This is not an everyday occurrence for us and I do apologize. I will review this with our warehouse manager.

For the money it's ok it works great but the rubber stop on the bottom of the poll fell off before I pulled it out of the shipping box but everything else works great

They sent me the wrong binders but they sent the right ones made it up

Tracking sucks , then i get a email that says my order is not complete . Called in and lady said it was on dock ready to go ! Well which is it on dock or not complete for some reason?

We show we shipped your order in a very timely. Order was place on the 28th and delivered on the 30th. We are aware that we had a technical glitch in the system that sent you a incomplete purchase and we have fixed that issue. As far as the quality if you can send us pictures of what your are having problems with we can check into it for you. Thank you for letting us know about your order.

The size was as advertised. However, the description said that the grommets were every two feet. They were randomly spaced at 33", 35", not consistant. The reason I purchased this was that the metal roof of my shed has support braces every two feet. Rather than return it I used metal brackets between the braces, drilled holes in them and attached to the grommets.

Since becoming a owner operator I have used Mytee a few times. They we're good up until I was sent the wrong size quik binders (ratchet binder). I called up and was told that I could not exchange them without paying shipping and a restocking fee. Ridiculous and I won't likely be using them again...

Upon reviewing your order, we received a call that stated the wrong binders were ordered and you would like to exchange them. We did mention we would accept a return as long as the product was in like new condition. We are not sure where the confusion is but we would not refuse someone to exchange an item if it was wrong. If you need assistance please give us a call.

The farm tarps are adequate--we only bought from this company because they offered an underlayer liner. We paid more for shipping ($120) than at other websites, and then the SHIPPING WAS HORRIBLY SLOW. Our tarps arrived at a warehouse in Oklahoma City at 3AM on Friday, and sat untouched FOR THREE DAYS until Monday. No movement on Friday, Saturday or Sunday! I will never do business with this company again.

We were very timely getting your order out, as we did ship this out the same day the order was placed. Unfortunately this does take 3 business days to ship to your location and their is no transit on the weekends. This is true for most carriers. I am sorry we could not get this to you any sooner. I hope you can change your mind about us.

Received 5 Peerless Folding Handle QuickBinders Plus Rachet Binder 3/8". One of the binders will not remain locked.

The product was well-made. The color was as shown. It was not a good match for our other patio items. So I wanted to return it. They will only refund the original cost -- not the cost of shipping. Because the tarp was 14lbs, the shipping charge was so high it wasn't worth sending. Be sure you order what you want. This is not Amazon Prime.

Great product great prices terrible shipping I have orders from them serval times and shipping is messed up a lot of the time call to try to get it fixed same answer just have to deal with it

As we discussed on the phone, this is something that we cannot control. We have always shipped your orders out on time, but FedEx has dropped the ball on 2 occasions by not bringing your packages at the same time and or on time. If you would like us to use UPS we would be more than happy to. Just leaves us a note on your order that you request UPS for your delivery service. We do not wish this to be a re-occurring problem for you. We will do our best to help.

You sent me wrong size tarp from my purchase order.I PLACED A ORDER for 30x40 Mesh Tarp.However I received a tarp in the mail size 20x40.Too small.Now I have to send it back.

Have not used them yet. However, the quality looks good, packaging was good, and delivery was on time. If they last more than a year, you get a 5 rating.

Some times it is hard to estimate the tarps weight if the vendor changes the supplier od such items as the D-rings and they are heavier than before. Every now and then the material weighs slightly heavier than the last shipment and we have to update our website. We do apologize we try to be as accurate as possible.

I want to purchase orange tarps and Mytee wants to charge nearly double the price of a black tarp. I am going back to Tarpstop in Perrysburg OH where orange is the same cost as black (tarpstop.com for others interested in #fairpricing)

I can absolutely agree with your disappointment. We don't over charge on any of our black, blue, or red tarps we carry in stock. When it comes to other color options or sizes, we would have this custom made for you with our local vendor. Custom tarps will always cost more, however we will be adding more color options in the future.

The straps were delivered on time and were as described. The winch winder was not acceptable and did not perform as described.
