“The only reason I gave three star's this time was because I had to order a product I really didn't want, but needed asap. Then after I bought tarps, the very next day, the tarps I actually needed were back in stock.”

“I’m going with a 3 I have been using my 4ft and 8ft parachute material tarps and love the the side drops I just wish the vinyl on the tops and flaps was a little more durable I understand that it’s considered a light weight tarp but that’s my only complaint other than that I’m very happy with the product.”

“They shorted my product which I paid for. Bungee Straps and my glad hand extension handles. The customer service agent told me to send boxes of product that were. I need product or refund.”

“Product selection is GREAT! I struggle with the freight cost to get product to me... Ordered some glad locks from Amazon and received free shipping, and noticed that they came from MyTee... I have spent approximately 3/K in accessories in the past few months, and called and asked for any discounts, and was clearly told that there is nothing to give...”

“I like the value of Mytee products but they are too big. The J hook on the ratchets is way bigger than other brands and doesn't fit where it is supposed to. The steering wheel strap is the same size as the strap to tie down a car on the bed. Just overkill.”

“Hi, My name is Frank Rodriguez. I really don't know what to rate these straps. I purchased these straps less the 3 weeks ago and today one of the straps completely snapped. I know these straps have a very good reputation, however I haven't used them enough to give fair review. Hopefully I don't have any more break on me. I Transport construction equipment.”

“Seem to be a good product, I’ve bought all my securement and tarps here, I’ve recommended mytee to people but after a friend of mine ordered tarps he received them but didn’t open them for a few weeks, he went to put them on a load and they sent the wrong pieces, they sent a front tarp and two middle sections, so he called to have the problem fixed and was told he should have opened them when he got them to make sure they were what he ordered, I would think mytee should make sure they send what people ordered, they made him buy a rear section, sorry Mytee you lost my business and I won’t be recommending this place to anyone else”

“Product had hole in middle of plastic tarp. This was not from opening the box, but appears to be right where the tarp was folded and cracked when it was folded in the cold.”

“I was shorted two items on my ordered and charged for them. The box appeared to have been torn open and was heavily taped. No, I didn’t check my order when the driver dropped it off ( I was running tight on time ). I sent an email describing the shortage but still no reply. Just another customer satisfaction survey from MyTee.”
