The Trailer Cord In The 12' Air/Elec. We Bought Did Not Work, The Small Screw That Holds In The Red Wire (Brake Light)Was Not Tight, Blew The Fuse In The Truck. We Had To Take It Apart , Find Another Screw From Another Cord And Repair It...

I canceled my order minutes after purchase. It was the wrong product . We told via email the whole thing would be canceled..Never received anything . Now I have to double check to make sure I wasn't charged.

The product was fine however I ordered 10 red and ten blue and got twenty red . I contacted customer service and a recording which I explained the problem on . I have heard nothing back .

I am so sorry to hear you're having issues with your product. Please know this is extremely rare and uncommon but it can happen. To help expedite the process, we ask that you send us 1 or 2 photos of the chains showing the defect. Please email us at customerservice@myteeproducts.com. Unfortunately, I had to return both items I ordered. There were problems with both including a product description issue, plastic tie on the WLL tag and uneven lengths on the bridle chain assembly. But the return process has been prompt and painless so far.

The product is great. The problem I had was getting it. I clicked on notify me when the product comes in and I was never notified. I just happened to go to your website one day and it was back in stock and that is how I got it.

I find this very strange. Order was placed on the 14th, picked by FedEx on the 15th, and delivered on the 16th. Could it be possible that the email to receive the tracking is incorrect. However the case its great to know the package did arrive and its satisfactory. We will look into where the notification break down is.

The problem I have with the 70% mesh tarps is they are not at all close to 70% shade, but actually closer to 30% shade. The quality seems to be ok, but the Arizona desert sun will be the judge of that.

Purchased stake pocket D rings, pme was missing the pins to secure in pockets. Still have not received the replacement pins. Want to purchase more but not until we can get the first order right.

Had some problems with the product I purchased (20' x 30' mesh tarp, reviewed separately) and was also disappointed that it took 3 days to ship, even though it was in stock.

I WAS DISSAPOINTED TO SEE THEY WERE MADE IN CHINA. IF I HAD KNOWN WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED THEM.

The chains and binders are as expected but the quality of the flags I purchased are terrible I'm certain that I will be purchasing new ones in the near future they are showing significant wear after only 2 or 3 uses

Bought the ratcheting winch bar. The bar itself is amazing but the pin that locks it in to the winch fell apart within the first time I used it.

The Tarp that I ordered and eventually received is of a very nice quality. I can't fault Mytee Products Company on that issue, however I am very disappointed on the "handling and shipping" part of this company. First, I ordered the canvas tarp item on Sept 1, 2020. Nine days later, Sept 10, 2020, the item was picked up by FedEx and was delivered to my door on Sept 13, 2020. It is my opinion, that Mytee Products Company failed to process my order in a timely manner! Additionally, it took two separate phone calls (one on Sept 9, 2020 and another on Sept 10, 2020) to their Customer Service Representatives before I got any action on this order what so ever. Poor service at best. Will not recommend.

Steven you are absolutely correct. We dropped the ball on your order. We made a mistake within our warehouse and did not ship out the order in a timely fashion. Sorry to let you down. As a small business we have had to face numerous staffing challenges with the current state of affairs. However, that is no excuse for the delay. We take such issues quite seriously and are always trying to delight our customers. We will refund your shipping charges to your credit card in order to compensate you a little bit for our error.
