I was on a hurry. Made a phone call to the office to place order, got all sku etc., paid for the order in advance. Told that I’m 30 minutes away.The idea behind all this was to stop and quickly load my order and get back on the road. I explained to the agent on the phone that i want everything to be ready for me next to the dock for pick up. Eventually spent about 30 minutes over there. I would understand that if wouldn’t pay for the order and just ask to prepare it but I did
