Some of their 2" ratchet straps are good quality, some aren't. Some were flimsy, thin metal.
The webbing was good on all of them. Their overseas customer support team was awful, but when I spoke with a representative at their headquarters, she was great!! She corrected the issue and I was satisfied afterwards. I'll give them another shot-because of her.
