“I am very disappointed in mytee products For not being able to keep the ultra lightweight tarps in stock. This is the second time I tried to order them after the Internet website said that they were in stock and I paid for them and I got a phone call three days later that the website was wrong, were out of stock they won’t be here for another month I’m very disappointed that you can’t keep stuff in stock when you know customers want the product”

“Wen I first Received them I was excited. But since then I’ve use the product twice and I already have A tear on one of the tarps in two different places. To me cheap material is all I can say. I wish I could give this a better review and mind you I normally don’t do reviews so I have to say two stars is all I can give. I guess you say you get what you pay for. I think the company should make this right that’s my opinion”

We do offer great quality tarps, but if anything sharp is rubbing up on the tarps they will rip no matter the thickness. Protecting your tarps with edge protectors and moving blankets will help prevent these types of issues. We do have a 90 warranty on all of our tarps for manufacturer defects. This would cover any issues with grommets, d-rings, or seam issues. We unfortunately do not cover any normally wear and tear for improper use of tarp. We do sell tarp repair kits if you need help repairing this. I hope you understand and if you have any other questions please let us know.

“Ordered 4 of 12ft x 24ft tarps. 1 was the size we ordered, but 3 were 1 ft. too long. Had to made adjustments to be able to use the 3 that were not as ordered. It wasn't worth the time, trouble and expense to try and return them as we figured we might get the wrong size again. Be careful when you order tarps that must be the exact size you order.”

Thank you for leaving us feedback even though you had an issue with your order. Mesh tarps do tend run less than 5% in size in most cases due to their cut size. In your case this was over. You should have no problem using this product. This product will not work if you don't let it dry. Applying when wet will not work. I do appreciate you leaving us feedback.

“I bought 31"bungee cords in a larage amount 50Pc. They seemed like a good deal... and possibly too good to be true. They arrived fine and on time. They are 31" bugee cords that you might find elsewhere. These bingee cords don't have any true stretch past 31" to maybe 40". Having good stretchability in a bungee cord is key to its usage. When one of these cords falls off mmy trailer while driving down the road... I'll only have a smile on my face.”

We thank you for leaving us a review on this product. This bungee in particular is a natural rubber and is best used in colder climates. You find that is won't last as good if in warmer climates, but if you are not satisfied please return within 30 days and we can refund you.

“Very pleased how fast they arrived and the customer service to order the 2 tarps. But during the 1st long haul they are already ripping up, they had a lot of straps on them.”

“not very pleased with product, rivets on door were broken loosed when opened box, door and door hinge was crooked - no means or instructions on how to mount to frame rail on semi - not sure that the rear aluminum panel will support the load of the box and the weight of someone stepping on the steps if drilled thru the back wall and bolted to the frame...”

We have a 90 day manufacturers warranty on this product and would be happy to replace the product or refund you for the order. Please call us at 888-705-8277 so we can take care of this issue ASAP and get pictures of the defect. We do sell a lot of these step boxes and assure you it will stand up to heavy duty use. If any rivets are broken, that is a manufacturing defect on this particular piece for which we apologize and we would be happy to honor the warranty. We take such matters very seriously and want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
