Ordered 4 of 12ft x 24ft tarps. 1 was the size we ordered, but 3 were 1 ft. too long. Had to made adjustments to be able to use the 3 that were not as ordered. It wasn't worth the time, trouble and expense to try and return them as we figured we might get the wrong size again. Be careful when you order tarps that must be the exact size you order.
