“Steel reinforced plastic threaded stud on the end of the steel telescopic pole was not able to withstand a single drop. The pole failed before 15 minutes of use.”

“One of round brass gormets popped out on first use, didn't even get to put a bungie hook thru it, it fell out when I unfolded the tarp.”

Thank you for leaving us a review even though you had a problem. If there is an issue, you can contact us immediately so we can address and correct the situation. Tarps have a 90 day manufacturer warranty.

“The wide load banner I ordered was very cheap. The eyelets ripped out the first time I used it. Not a good product”

Brent, This definitely isn't the standard we hold ourselves to. Please send me a picture of the eyelets to customerservice@myteeproducts.com. If this is an issue with the manufacturer, we definitely want to make sure their stock hold up to our standards.

“Gave me a 50%shipping discount. Bought a tarp and it melted together while it was on my truck and they wont help me out.”

I do not believe it is fair to say it's our fault your tarp melted. As stated from our previous correspondence you said this was kept in your house and now you are stating it was on your truck. Our tarps do not melt for no reason, but when kept in a position that it touches something that is hot this will happen. Im sorry this situation happened, but this is not due to our quality of tarps.

“Cheap quality top bar bends when over 13 feet fine for non car hauling use but when inches matter spend the extra 30 and get a name brand one acceptable to car hauling standards.”

We tested our product and don't see any bending. Please send in a picture (customerservice@myteeproducts.com) of the bending so we can deduce if this is a warranty issue. If we can correct it, we will.

“Hello, I ordered what I saw in the picture down below. BLUE corner protectors & I received small yellow ones. They are the wrong ones and I need to send them back and would like the blue larger ones viewed in the picture below. I already have about 20 of these blue ones and just wanted another 20 to match what I already have. Instead I received these small yellow ones. I don't want two different colors and sizes. Can you please help me with this return? Kind Regards, Dominic”

“The product itself is fine, but unfortunately my order was missing a lock and I desperately needed it to keep our project on time. The company told me they were overnighting the other lock, but they didn't and an order I was supposed to receive on Monday was not complete until Friday afternoon delaying my project many days causing us to reorganize our work schedule. They did provide the one lock for free, but it was pretty inconvenient and the fact that they didn't overnight the missing piece made it worse.”

This tarp is not advertised as water proof, it is water resistant. That means that if it water does pool on it, eventually it will seep through. I think a better option tarp for this need would have been SKU : SMT1012.

“Order was received timely but upon opening the box, the smell was so bad I had to set the box outside to air out. It smelled really strong of insecticide and the product still has a very strong odor. The products received appeared to be in good order and what we needed but the odor is unacceptable.”

“I must say that Mytee was very quick in shipping the tarps and chains ordered. That gets an A++ from A-1 Grading. The part that gets a Poor Rating is the durability of the 14oz tarps. They are not very durable and much under padding is required to keep the tarp material from tearing.”

We love hearing such great feedback from our customers. Any feedback we receive is always appreciated. We do recommend if your hauling a lot of steel or product that has sharp edges/odd angles to go with a heavy duty vinyl. Thank you for leaving this review.

Thank you for letting us know how your experience was. We do always recommend incase you are hauling steel or product that has sharp edges/odd angles to go with heavy duty vinyl. We do find that these lighter tarps can last many years depending on its usage and what you haul. Again thank you for leaving us feedback.
