The product itself is fine, but unfortunately my order was missing a lock and I desperately needed it to keep our project on time. The company told me they were overnighting the other lock, but they didn't and an order I was supposed to receive on Monday was not complete until Friday afternoon delaying my project many days causing us to reorganize our work schedule. They did provide the one lock for free, but it was pretty inconvenient and the fact that they didn't overnight the missing piece made it worse.
