“I ordered bands and a couple pads. Bands are good but the pads smell like mold. I can't use them and don't even want to bring them inside because how bad they stink. I had them in the back of the truck for 5 minutes before I had to remove them. The smell is that strong.”

“I got the product. It was big enough, but then when I got to put it on the truck, the magnets were not powerful though just sit there by ourselves, so they were actually worthless to me because I gotta buy bigger magnets to put on them.”

“There was a shipping snafu, resulting in only half my order being shipped. One phone call, and I was speaking with a very nice young lady who spoke fluent English (she was an American). She got the second half of my order out the next day. Mistakes happen, and these folks showed off their customer service. Outstanding!”

“Called Michelle. She looked at my cart and we double checked everything I wanted was the same as the order she put through. I ordered my products on a Friday on a 3 day weekend. Order was packed and shipped Tuesday afternoon. My products were there Friday. One item did not ship with complete order. They informed me before I ever got to my package. It was there a week later as it was back ordered. Great customer service. Easy online ordering process. Products were right and of excellent quality. Will order again and again. Thanks MyTee”
